Responsibilities:
As a Retail Associate, you will be an integral part of the East Meets West team.
Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service, help meet sales goals, and demonstrate superior product knowledge to customers.
All in order to create a shopping experience that will make the customer feel appreciated and comfortable.

10 - 30 Hours Weekly Knowledge and Skills Required:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to assist customers in all sales aspects Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors Demonstrate knowledge of products to build sales Maintain a professional attitude with East Meets West's commitment to our quality customer service Be knowledgeable of and perform sales Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality Self-starter capable of operating with little supervision Previous retail experience preferred, but not required Job Types:
