This candidate should have some work experience, though it does not have to be specific to the paralegal field. In this position it is important to be someone who thinks on their toes, has a good personality and is an effective communicator. You will often be speaking with other attorneys, negotiating terms, so your speaking and writing skills must be top notch. Excel skills will also be helpful in this position. Our client will also consider entry-level paralegals that have personal injury experience. College degree/paralegal certificate would be required for this position.
