Responsibilities Sell the value of services to clients when they visit Ideal Image clinics for their consultations. Drives clinic sales to hit monthly targets. Responsible for following up with leads and clients to renew their interest in service offerings.   Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: oDrives clinic sales and hits monthly clinic targets based on a variety of metrics set by the company. oCross promotion of new services/treatments. oComprehensive knowledge of all service offerings. oParticipates in local marketing and networking events. oMaintains relationships with all current and previous clients. oBuilds strong client rapport. oDemonstrates ethical sales practices. oSends out marketing material to clients. oBuilds self-generated client base. oMaintains detailed notes in Salesforce. oFollows all company protocols, policies and procedures. oAssist with new clinic openings as needed. oWorks collaboratively with medical team to ensure premier client experience. oOther duties as assigned. Qualifications oHigh school degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. oSuccessful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials. o3+ years of sales experience; retail or personal care business to consumer experiencepreferred. oAbility to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-upskills oProficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.) oExperienced negotiator and strong closer. oProven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets. oExtensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations. oHigh volume sales experience. oExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills. oMust be a self-starter. oCompelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence/ build rapport. oMust maintain a high attention to detail.   WHY IDEAL IMAGE?   Compensation: Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts Employer-paid life insurance and short term disability Parental Leave for any new or adoptive parents after a year of employment providing 8-12 weeks of full pay based on years of services and type of leave needed (full time employees). Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
